First place won Studio Poligon. They propose float house as open platform for personal and site and programmatic specific articulation as well as aesthetic interpretation. They offer few parameters and territorial distribution in programmatic sense, but leave enough flexible space as superposition of typical river puller boat. Boat rack use as spatial framework and manipulative basis which could change during time and according to purpose. Boat house could be restaurant, ice pool, city daily beach, coffee, exhibition space etc. and has absolutely transparent enclosure just to offer shelter from weather conditions. Visual identity doesn't depend on place where is settled or city as physical background, already speak language of mimicry.

interesting contest, so they want to put some guideliness to current organisation on the river? so no more traditional belgrade rafts on the river? and will these proposals be realized? thanks for sharing!
think that they want to put point on wild building of rafts on river. this competition is just guide for future. not clearly defined project that should be realized.
mean, stop building "illegal" rafts and start smth positive.
